In addition, if you have an obituary, picture, or any other information on any of the ones that are not complete, kindly send it in to us and we will make sure it gets posted. Tributes are always welcomed too! Thank you very much for your assistance.

I was good friends with Pierce and Pierre, especially after I got back from My AFS year in South Africa (January, 1970). Our group of friends would meet in the library every day to study and do our projects (mostly hang out, socialize really). I loved having this close knit group. I'll miss not seeing the twins at our reunion! RIP Pierce and Pierre!

Chris was a true friend, he looked out for me like no other. I’ll never forget when we were freshmen a guy who was a senior was really bothering me everyday. I told him about it which maybe I shouldn’t have, we were outside between classes and here comes the guy......... uh-oh!!!!!!! He literally Picked the guy up off the ground and said....” your not going to bother her anymore, RIGHT?” I thought the guy would pee himself. He never bothered me again. That was just one thing he did for me.
We wrote back and forth a lot when he went in the army. I was heartbroken when I found out what had happened to him. WONDERFUL PERSON I truly loved him.
From Scott Montgomery on April 11th, 2019
Chris was quite a guy, I first met him when my brother was dating his sister Kitty. Everyone I met from that family was wonderful, including Chris, but he had a real "Wild side" to him. I particularly remember a time when the windshield on his Camaro cracked so he took it out and we drove 70 MPH with no windshield! That was quite the ride... RIP old friend.
From Jeanette Bennett on April 11th, 2019
my family lived across the street from the Dellwo’s. I started my babysitting career taking care of the little kids. One time I got scared and called home. My sister brought over our Herman Shepard dog! The Dellwo’s were good people and great neighbors!

Wonderful Bonny who I had known since 5th grade Mr. Ouimette's class at Bellaire School!
We became good pals through horseback riding lessons, church activities, and Harry Meyers Concert Band. I learned to play oboe from her, though my main band gig was the alto sax since the boys in that section were really cute. (You know you are, Mike McGrath)
As fellow Pacific Northwesterners, we reconnected a few years before her passing. She was vibrant community organizer in little Dexter, Oregon. A kind, intelligent soul, I miss her.

I'm so sad to hear about Elaine! She was another of my special friends after I got back from South Africa. Elaine was a caring and wonderful person. I can't believe that she has been gone 8 years and I didn't know. I am sure she leaves behind many family and friends who loved her like I did!
Linda and I were best friends! When I was on South Africa on my exchange year (1969) we kept in touch. When I got home we picked up where we left off. During the 1970 year we skipped school a lot. We went to the St. Paul library, and to a murder trial downtown! We went to Moorhead State College in 1070. She was so intelligent and a talented artist. She helped me a lot when we took philosophy together! We shared a dorm room together that year. Then we moved back to the twin cities, and ended up going separate ways. We kept in touch occasionally. I was devastated to hear of her death. It continues to be difficult at times. She was always there when I needed her. She was an amazing friend!!
From Stephen Phillips on March 21st, 2019
Linda was a brilliant, beautiful person whom I'd known since we progressed through our grade school years, together.
Along with Lucia Fellows and Jim Landkamer, we were "drafted" together in our sixth grade class as a four-some, to participate in Hamlin Hagander's masters thesis - a program that was utterly invalidated and futile, as he merely handed out the extensive materials and never followed through with the group meetings and discussions that were mandated).
Quiet, reserved, she was nonetheless brilliant, with a wry sense of humor.
Several years after graduation, I tried to look her up - only to discover to my abject horror and devastation, that (at the age of 23) she had passed on January 22, 1975 - the victim of her "husband", who took her life before ending his own.
I often reflect on that tragedy, and will always wonder if things might have been different, had I kept in touch...
Linda, you are sorely missed and much loved by many.

I remember Dan being one of the fastest, strongest athletes in our class. When we were in elementary school, like 4th-5th grade, a lot of us played "Flag Football" in the summer "Rec" league. The only team we could never beat was Dan's team because Dan was built like a brick you know what, and he could just run right over you! Between him and Lenny Dupre we were always outmatched as they could knock you down like bowling pins whenever they had the ball, very frustrating to say the least! Like a lot of our classmates he was gone too soon. RIP Dan.

From Scott Montgomery on February 3rd, 2020
Over the years since school, one memory of Herb jumped into my memory whenever I heard his name. We were both in Miss Holmes 5th grade class and there was one girl in our class that was very poor, and her personal hygene was not the best so she endured teasing from a lot of classmates. Herb however did not let that bother him, and in fact was very nice to her, and treated her with respect unlike the rest of the class.
That memory has always stayed with me, and always will, that was Herb. He will be sorely missed by friends and family. RIP old friend.
